After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation that your order is being processed by the branch you selected. Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send another confirmation to the contact information you provided.
Please ensure you place your order with the nearest Jiang Nan branch to your location. This helps avoid cancellations or transferring your order to another branch.
You can track your order through the rider service you booked. The store does not provide live tracking once the order leaves our premises.
Please contact us immediately and provide your order number and photos so we can assist you.
All orders are securely packed before pick-up. Once with the rider, any spillage or damage during delivery is beyond our control. Please coordinate directly with your rider for assistance.
You can cancel your order within 3–5 minutes after placing it, before preparation starts. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not accepted.
If there is a store closure or scheduled cleaning, you can request a refund or choose to proceed with your order once the store reopens.
