Established in 2017, Jiang Nan Shi Fu Food Corporation. has been providing authentic Chinese cuisine and experience in the Philippines.
For this sauce, we used soy sauce as the base, then added chili oil, sesame seeds, sesame sauce, spring onion, and garlic. The sesame sauce, particularly, is one of their popular sauces so we decided to give it a try. It’s just the right amount of sweet and spicy, with a subtle hint of pungent and garlicky.
